At Dahlias Flowers, we take pride in providing fresh, beautiful arrangements for every occasion. As a family-owned and operated business, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund and replacement guidelines below:

Fresh Flower Guarantee

  • We guarantee the freshness and quality of all our flowers at the time of delivery or pickup.

  • Flowers are perishable items, and their lifespan can vary based on care, environment, and season.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

  1. Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders

    • If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

    • Provide a photo of the arrangement so we can address the issue promptly.

    • We will offer a replacement arrangement or store credit.

  2. Incorrect Orders

    • If you receive the wrong arrangement, we will replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

  3. Non-Refundable Situations

    • Orders not cared for as instructed (e.g., no water, direct sunlight exposure).

    • Customer preference changes after the arrangement is created or delivered.

    • Missed deliveries due to the recipient not being available (a redelivery fee may apply).

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

  • Same-day orders cannot be canceled once prepared.
