Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders

If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Provide a photo of the arrangement so we can address the issue promptly.

We will offer a replacement arrangement or store credit.
