1. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed on our website.
Orders are fulfilled locally only; we do not offer nationwide or international shipping.
2. Product Availability & Substitutions
We strive to provide arrangements as shown in our photos; however, flower types, colors, or vases may vary due to seasonal or local availability.
If substitutions are necessary, we ensure the overall style, quality, and value of the arrangement remain the same.
3. Delivery & Pick-Up
Deliveries are local only within our service area.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time (listed on our website).
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details; incorrect addresses may result in delayed or missed deliveries.
If no one is home to receive the order, we may leave the flowers in a safe location or attempt a re-delivery, depending on the situation.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up for a full refund.
Cancellations requested within 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund if flowers have already been prepared.
If you are unsatisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can address any concerns.

We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your information with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability
Dahlias Flowers is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as severe weather, road closures, or incorrect delivery information.
Once flowers are delivered or picked up, we are not responsible for their care; customers are encouraged to follow proper flower care instructions for longevity.
